Weight Management Consultations

Weight loss can be very difficult and at times, can feel unachievable and often ‘too hard’. Book a weight loss consultation with our trainer and together you will develop a personalised weight loss plan which is suited to you. We begin our consultations by evaluating your current weight, eating habits and medical history. Together we will set realistic goals and establish a weight loss plan that is both sustainable and achievable. We will discuss any challenges you may encounter and we teach our clients useful tools so they can adopt a healthier lifestyle and maintain their weight once they reach desired goals.
